  The Art-Music for People Association had the honor of being a partner in the project "Mompreneurship: Supporting Moms Re-enter the Workforce and Achieve Self-Fulfillment", carried out through the Erasmus+ program (reference number: 2023-1-HU-01-KA210-ADU-000160978), together with the Balatonalmádi Large Families Association from Hungary. The project aimed to provide concrete support to women in a moment of transition, encouraging them to return to the workforce and reach their maximum potential both personally and professionally. During the implementation, workshops, educational activities and training sessions were developed and carried out aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of participants in essential areas such as: entrepreneurship, personal finance management, work-life balance, but also personal development. Închidere de proiect

  Asociația Art-Music for People a avut onoarea de a fi parteneră în cadrul proiectului „Mompreneurship: Supporting Moms Re-enter the Workforce and Achieve Self-Fulfillment”, derulat prin programul Erasmus+ (număr de referință: 2023-1-HU-01-KA210-ADU-000160978), alături de Asociația Familiilor Numeroase Balatonalmádi din Ungaria.   Scopul acestui proiect a fost acela de a contribui la bunăstarea comunităților prin activități dedicate educației antreprenoriale și financiare, adresate în special mamelor, dar și copiilor și familiilor. The conference of our Mompreneurship project is over

  During the event we shared the results of our project. On 8 May, as a final step of our Mompreneurship project, we organised a final promotional conference to share the results/experiences of our project. The conference included an online video call with our Romanian partners, a presentation summarising the project's events, interviews with successful women entrepreneurs and the availability of the online booklet.

The second day of the Mompreneurship project's local training in Hungary was also completed

  This time, they focused on the administrative aspects of entrepreneurship On the second day of the training in Balatonalmádi, Hungarian participants were introduced to the concrete administrative tasks of setting up a business. We also talked about the advantages and difficulties of building a business, useful online platforms and Bernadett Kissné Schandl, a mother with a large family, presented her experiences with her own business. Training in Hungary in the Mompreneurship project/first day

  On the first day of the training, the training material produced by the project was presented On the first day of the training (12.04.2025) the president of our partner organisation, Anna Benedek presented the training material, which contains information to help mothers with large families to become entrepreneurs. In the training material, a collection of good practices is complemented with international examples, as well as an analysis and summary of these. Later in the day, the 13 mothers who attended discussed the steps to starting a successful business, administrative tasks and even effective marketing steps. Kata Végh, a personal stylist, also introduced herself as a mother of a large family entrepreneur and shared her best advice as a successful entrepreneur.

Vocea participantelor

  Cele 10 mame din România care au participat la această mobilitate au împărtășit impresii pline de entuziasm și recunoștință față de experiența trăită. Iată câteva dintre gândurile lor: „A fost o oportunitate unică pentru mine. Am învățat lucruri pe care nu le-aș fi descoperit singură, într-un mediu atât de cald și motivant.” „Am redescoperit în mine dorința de a construi ceva al meu. Mi-am dat seama că pot să fiu și mamă, și antreprenoare.” „Cel mai valoros lucru a fost susținerea celorlalte participante. Nu m-am simțit singură niciun moment.” „Am primit instrumente practice, utile pentru viitorul meu profesional. Este mai mult decât un curs – este un pas real spre schimbare.” Aceste testimoniale reflectă impactul pozitiv al proiectului și modul în care această experiență a contribuit la redobândirea încrederii, inițiativei și dorinței de autodepășire în rândul participantelor.
