The Art-Music
for People Association had the honor of being a partner in the project
"Mompreneurship: Supporting Moms Re-enter the Workforce and Achieve
Self-Fulfillment", carried out through the Erasmus+ program (reference
number: 2023-1-HU-01-KA210-ADU-000160978), together with the Balatonalmádi
Large Families Association from Hungary.
The project
aimed to provide concrete support to women in a moment of transition,
encouraging them to return to the workforce and reach their maximum potential
both personally and professionally.
During the
implementation, workshops, educational activities and training sessions were
developed and carried out aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of
participants in essential areas such as: entrepreneurship, personal finance
management, work-life balance, but also personal development.
Through this
project, we wanted to inspire and support individuals in their process of
continuous growth, contributing to building a more equitable, inclusive and
prosperous society. As a final product, each association conducted a study on
mapping women's businesses and the entrepreneurial landscape for women in
Romania.
